Studio+ has recently hired five professionals to their headquarters office in Fort Myers. The five additions include Michele Gouley, Quality Assurance; William Caple, Project Architect; Molly Dyal, BIM Manager; Barbara Hughes, Senior Project Coordinator; and Amanda Ferguson, Interior Designer. Michele Gouley joined Studio+ in early 2021 as a licensed building plan examiner and quality assurance manager, bringing over 21 years of experience to the firm. Gouley previously worked as an architect and building plan examiner for Lee County Government, Department of Facilities, Construction and Management. Gouley provides the same high-quality, thorough drawings and cross-coordination reviews with Studio+ designers and select engineers. William Caple is Studio+’s newest project architect, with over nine years of experience working in the healthcare, hospitality, and residential architectural markets. Caple started working as early as fifteen years old and quickly acquired his licensure within one year of graduating with his Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology.

Molly Dyal is a BIM manager with over eight years of experience as a designer and Revit master, working on multi-family, healthcare, and commercial projects. Dyal has also created one-of-a-kind elements for Disney, solved workflow issues, invented tools, and single-handedly developed standards that have evolved the food service sector and other industries. Dyal joins Studio+ to unify the team across all Revit fronts by creating custom scripts/plug-in tools, troubleshooting Revit, and developing efficient workflows. Barbara Hughes relocated and joined Studio+ in late June of 2021 as a senior project coordinator with sixteen years of experience. Hughes’s expertise and knowledge have allowed her to work with Studio+’s extensive healthcare and senior living projects. Amanda Ferguson is an interior designer with eleven years of corporate, commercial, and healthcare experience. Ferguson is intended to work with Studio+’s long-term client, Lee Health, and assist in further developing the healthcare interior design division of the firm.
