Studio+ Welcomes New Managing Principal Andy Chan to Lead Engineering Services

Andy Chan, PE, MBA, CPMP, has joined us as Managing Principal at Studio+, where he will be leading our newly expanded Engineering division. Andy brings over two decades of experience in designing and managing mechanical-electrical-plumbing (MEP) engineering and has been a long-time collaborator with Studio+. This is a significant milestone for Studio+ as we continue our mission to create design solutions that transform lives.

Over the past 20 years, Andy has developed extensive expertise across a diverse array of markets, including critical mission facilities, K-12 education, higher education, government, and healthcare. His portfolio includes remarkable projects such as the 14-Megawatt (MW) Fuel Cell Systems (1MW at the Crypto.com Arena), a brand-new high school in the Los Angeles Unified School District located in South Gate, and the Women’s Health Center at City of Hope, which was in collaboration with Studio+.
