The AS Revival tenant build-out transforms a 1,908 SF sales floor with a 685 SF shared back-of-house area into a highly crafted, brand-forward retail experience that feels layered, tactile, and intentionally curated. AS Revival is an activewear brand focused on providing comfortable, stylish apparel designed for women on the go.
The design centers on a materially rich storefront that blurs the line between architecture and display, inviting customers into a warm, elevated environment rooted in natural textures and artisanal character.
The storefront features a specialty plaster finish paired with natural wood beams that turn up at the façade in varying heights, creating depth and visual movement along the elevation. Decorative pendants of various scales add a sculptural lighting layer while reinforcing the boutique feel of the brand. A concrete planter with greenery-look elements and a natural wood lattice merchandise system behind glass further integrate organic materials into the architectural expression.
A 1/2” clear tempered butt-glazed window system provides a clean, contemporary storefront edge while maintaining transparency into the space. ‘Horizon’ concrete-look breeze blocks, 2” deep, introduce pattern and texture as a design accent. Edge-lit, pin-mounted primary signage reinforces the brand identity with a refined, modern presence. A lightbox/branding moment is incorporated as a focal feature along the storefront, elevating visibility and creating a memorable arrival experience within International Plaza.
Overall, the design balances warmth, craftsmanship, and modern retail aesthetics to support a visually compelling, highly merchandisable environment that aligns with AS Revival’s distinct brand identity.
