The Babcock Neighborhood School campus expansion includes two complementary projects designed to support the school’s continued growth and evolving curriculum. The expansion added approximately 63,423 square feet to the existing K–8 campus through a new three-story academic addition featuring 36 classrooms, administrative offices, secure entry, guidance and support spaces, faculty work areas, and huddle rooms. Specialized learning environments such as science labs, art rooms, makers labs, ESE classrooms, performing arts spaces, robotics storage, and intervention rooms support a diverse, student-centered curriculum, while shared amenities connect seamlessly to the existing campus.
The campus was further enhanced by the new Babcock Arts Building, a 9,955 square foot, single-story facility dedicated to arts education and performance. The building includes a multi-purpose band and arts space, ensemble and practice rooms, faculty offices, chorus rooms, and dedicated band and sheet music storage, along with supporting restrooms and building services.
Both projects were delivered in two coordinated phases, beginning with a Core & Shell package followed by an Interior Fit-Out package. Together, the additions strengthen the campus’s ability to provide innovative academic and creative learning opportunities within a secure, modern environment that supports the growing Babcock Ranch community.
