The Babcock Neighborhood School Expansion added approximately 63,423 square feet to the existing K-8 campus, increasing academic capacity and administrative support.

The new three-story addition includes 36 classrooms, administrative offices, secure entry, guidance and support spaces, faculty work areas, and huddle rooms. Specialized spaces such as science labs, art rooms, makers labs, ESE classrooms, performing arts, robotics storage, and intervention rooms support a diverse curriculum, while shared amenities like restrooms, break areas, and gathering zones connect seamlessly to the existing campus.

Delivered in two phases, the project began with the Core & Shell package—structural frame, exterior enclosure, building systems, and circulation—followed by the Interior Fit-Out package, which completed the classrooms, specialty learning spaces, and finishes. The expansion enhanced BNS’s ability to provide innovative, student-centered education in a secure, future-ready facility for the growing Babcock Ranch community.
