HIGHPOINT AT FORT MILL

Fort Mill is a Senior Living project that consists of 24 Memory Care, 46 Assisted Living and 120 Independent Living Resident Units within one building. Separate amenities for each type of resident unit include dining, activity/multi-function spaces, salon, therapy, fitness, outdoor deck and bar/bistro. Outdoor amenities include a swimming pool, pickle ball courts, dog park, and gardens. This 250,000 square foot building is a Type VA wood structure.
