A transformative mixed-use redevelopment in the Mill District, envisioned as a dynamic “adventure hub” and slated for completion by Summer 2026.
At its heart is the future long-term waterfront headquarters for Brick Wheels, the project also features a multi-modal commercial building housing bike and paddleboard rentals, a café/restaurant/brewery hybrid, and a fully electrified infrastructure with no fossil fuels.
Complementing the commercial core are three residential buildings, an innovative underground parking garage topped with green space, and an additional surface parking lot serving as a trailhead. A dedicated non-motorized trail will incorporate ADA-compliant switchbacks to seamlessly connect the site to the Boardman Lake Loop Trail, supported by TART Trails.
