Renovation of the 1st floor of the Lutgert West Building to create a modern, up-to-code OPIS Infusion Center. The project included demolition of the existing space and lobby, installation of new finishes, and reconfiguration to provide an equal or greater number of infusion bays in compliance with current Healthcare Guidelines for Outpatient Services.

The 2nd floor was renovated to establish a new NCH Board Room, converting existing open office space into meeting, training, and presentation areas. The design incorporated reuse of existing audiovisual systems, furniture, and the podium from the former Board Room.
