NeoGenomics Laboratories World Headquarters
A brand-new laboratory and corporate headquarters designed to maximize efficiency and support corporate growth for a premier cancer diagnostics and pharma services company.
NeoGenomics is building a leading-edge cancer diagnostic testing facility and new global business headquarters in Fort Myers, Florida. Solidifying its presence in the community, its new facility will sit adjacent to the major interstate in the area and include a three-story office building, two-story laboratory, and single-story hazardous storage space. With this new campus, NeoGenomics will catalyze future corporate growth in Southwest Florida and will serve as a premier employer in the region.
The campus has been designed to maximize efficiency and workflow by employing a programmatic layout that enables scientific learning and research to flourish. The exterior of the two buildings highlight the authentic qualities of natural materials including large glass windows, wood-look cladding, and exposed polished concrete. Large open spaces with interior wood wrapping from floor to ceiling allow for the natural elements to take center stage and express the visual beauty in a minimalistic concept. Team members will have access to a courtyard between the two buildings, an outdoor dining area, a fitness path, cafes on each floor, and multiple teaming spaces encouraging interaction.
