Premier Women’s Care developed a new two-story, freestanding medical office building to support the continued growth of its OB-GYN practice. The tilt-up concrete structure was designed to accommodate both current clinical operations and future expansion needs.

The first floor houses primary patient-facing services, including imaging, mammography, and outpatient clinic functions organized around clear check-in and check-out workflows. Clinical areas are arranged in pods with separate sub-waiting zones based on functional use, along with dedicated mammography and ultrasound suites, procedure rooms, changing areas, and supporting staff and medical records spaces.

The second floor follows a pod-based clinical model for physicians, midwives, and physician assistants. Each provider pod includes exam rooms, a private office, a workup area, and sub-wait space, with access to shared procedure rooms and adjacent support areas.
The completed facility provides a modern, efficient healthcare environment that enhances patient experience while supporting flexible, collaborative clinical operations.
