Keystone Place at Naples Preserve
Enriching the surrounding community by providing an attractive destination for seniors.
Forward Thinking Interior Design
Keystone Place at Naples Preserve is located in one of the wealthiest communities in the Southeastern United States, so the marketability of the project relies heavily on the quality of the interior design. Knowing this, we employed all the research and creativity available to create an environment that is both luxurious in form and forward thinking in function. Throughout the building, corridors have accent paint colors that wrap around the hallway and across the ceiling in order to pique visual interest and provide feature moments for artwork. Features like accent paint are more than visually striking—they also promote resident wayfinding and create thematic familiarity with the facility.
True Independence
In Keystone Place at Naples Preserve’s independent living residences, each unit was designed to have the feeling of possessing a front door, inspiring a heightened sense of home and ownership. Each entrance is recessed from the corridor with an individual sconce, and a change in carpet coloring in order to distinguish the unit from the corridor.
