TWIN BIRCH GOLF CLUB

Clubhouse consisting of a commercial kitchen, indoor/outdoor restaurant, pro shop, offices, restrooms, and storage facilities.

Studio+ worked with a partnering architect, who put together the floor plan, and provided interior design services including finishes and FF&E. Not limited to the interior, Studio+ assisted with design improvements to the exterior of the building including exterior finishes, an alternate entrance design, and a solution to concealing a hood vent system for the kitchen. In order to help both the client and the contractor visualize the design intent, Studio+ also provided 3D visual renderings for both the interior and exterior of the building, of which the client could use to market the new space.
