Hi, I’m Arta.

As a Senior Project Manager at Studio+, I bring over 15 years of architectural experience rooted in thoughtful design, clear communication, and a strong commitment to purpose-driven collaboration. My journey began at eighteen, when I started drafting for my uncle’s firm—an early, hands-on experience that sparked my lifelong passion for architecture.

I earned my Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and went on to complete my Master of Architecture II at UCLA, where my thesis focused on robotics and responsive architecture. These experiences deepened my interest in the intersection of technology and design, and continue to inform my approach—blending creativity with technical rigor and a sensitivity to human experience.

Throughout my career, I’ve led projects across education, civic, and healthcare sectors, guiding teams and clients through every phase of development—from early visioning to final execution. I believe architecture is not only about buildings, but about the lives shaped within them—and I strive to create spaces that are functional, meaningful, and lasting.

Outside the studio, I find balance through meditation, exploring nature, and spending time with my daughter. I’m also a big fan of great movies, and I love the chance to slow down, reset, and take in a good story.
