I graduated from the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico with a BA in Architecture. I originally went to pursue mechanical engineering, studying for two years until I realized what I had actually signed up for were tortuous math courses and never-ending “constructive” criticism. So that’s when I made the switch to what I now consider my skilled passion: architecture.

On weeknights, you will find me wearing my Dance-Dad hat, and on weekends I turn into a Gymnastic-Dad, sideline shouting “Great leg extension!” and embarrassing my daughter and wife. But, I can’t help it – my family is also my passion. I take great pride in my Puerto Rican heritage, often reminiscing my grandmother explaining “when-I-grew-up” stories to my daughter and me. The classic Puerto Rican seafood mofongo is my favorite dish, but any Studio+ team member could likely vouch that I don’t food discriminate – they call me the human garbage disposal. Despite the name-calling, I am proud to be part of a company that integrates a positive work-life balance and allows me to achieve new career heights.
