Manuel Alvariño

Project Manager

My name is Manuel Alvariño, originally from Camagüey, Cuba, I have been residing in Tampa, Florida since 2005. My architectural journey began with three years of studies at my hometown University in Cuba. Since then, I have continued to expand my education and professional experience in the United States. I hold a Master degree in Architecture from the University of South Florida, complemented by foundational studies at Hillsborough Community College.

My career highlights began with receiving the 2018 AIA Florida/Caribbean Honor Award for Theoretical/Research Design with my graduate thesis project. This recognition highlights my dedication to pushing architectural boundaries and exploring innovative new frontiers.

As a Project Manager, my goal is to ensure our clients achieve the best possible outcomes for their projects. With over a decade of experience, I navigate challenges effectively to ensure that the final design not only meets their needs but also complies with all relevant standards.

Outside of my professional endeavors, I find fulfillment in family life with my wife and my two children. In my leisure time, I enjoy activities such as fishing, grilling and scuba diving. These pursuits not only rejuvenate my spirit but also provide new perspectives that enrich my architectural practice.
