Neha Arora

RA, LEED AP Senior Project Architect

Hello, I am Neha Arora. I come from India, and the U.S. has been home for the past 19 years. Growing up as an army kid, we moved frequently, which allowed me to attend seven different schools. This journey exposed me to diverse cultures and an interest in local ways of life. I believe this led me to architecture, where I developed an appreciation for vernacular design, particularly the works of Ando and Bawa.

I have a bachelor’s degree in architecture from India and a master’s from Northeastern University. I am a licensed architect with 13 years of professional experience spanning projects in both public and private sectors, primarily multifamily housing, amenities, and restaurants/food service.

I am passionate about turning design ideas into practical outcomes. I also enjoy balancing the creative and business sides of a project, and in that, I help teams plan projects, guide design progress, streamline processes, and create solutions around quality and efficiency.

Outside of work, I am a proud mom to two wonderful girls and a proud wife to a supportive husband—they are my lifeline. I love to read when I can and have managed to get my older one hooked, while working on the younger one. My ideal time off is relaxing with a great book by the water, while my family play in the background.
