My name is Rachel, and I serve as Principal and leader of our Tampa office. I oversee the design and management of high-profile healthcare, commercial, senior living, and institutional projects. Using a LEAN-led design approach, I help our team create solutions that balance functionality, budget, and beauty.

I’m passionate about encouraging and empowering the next generation of designers, architects, and engineers, and I volunteer with organizations such as STEM Xposure to support STEM and design education.

Outside of work, I’m a die-hard Miami Hurricanes and Philadelphia Eagles fan. I live for football season and love traveling with my husband and two kids, exploring the world through its music, food, wine, and architecture.
