Hello, I’m Shannon Fibbe!

I am the Human Resources Manager at Studio+. I am a dedicated Human Resources professional with a strong commitment to supporting people, building positive workplace cultures, and helping organizations thrive. My experience in HR is grounded in collaboration, and aligning people-focused strategies with business goals. I am an active Board and Chapter member of SHRM Southwest Florida, which allows me to stay current on best practices and evolving workplace trends.

Outside of my professional role, I am deeply involved in my community. I love volunteerism. I proudly volunteer with Girl Scouts and PTO at a local school, supporting programs that empower youth, strengthen families, and promote education. Giving back is an important part of who I am, and I believe strong communities are built through service and connection.

Family is at the center of my life and values. Balancing career, community involvement, and family has shaped my approach to leadership- one rooted in empathy, integrity, and respect. Whether at work or in the community, I strive to make a positive, meaningful impact and foster environments where people feel supported and valued.
