Todd Kwiencinski
Accoc. AIA Principal Email ToddHi, I’m Todd.
As a Principal in our Fort Myers office, I bring over 25 years of architectural experience rooted in thoughtful design, strong project leadership, and a deep commitment to client collaboration. I began my journey in Wisconsin, earning my architecture degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, and later completed a master’s in business and project management at Villanova University. That blend of creative and strategic thinking helps me bridge the gap between inspired design and real-world execution.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked on a wide range of projects, building lasting relationships and guiding teams through complex challenges with a hands-on, practical approach. I believe architecture is as much about people as it is about buildings—and I strive to create spaces that are both meaningful and functional.
Outside the studio, I’m always on the move—golfing, fishing, biking, or out on the water. I’m a certified ski patroller and instructor, a lifelong board sports enthusiast, and an avid automotive fan. I love working on cars, racing them, collecting classics, and getting off the beaten path with off-roading adventures. I’m also passionate about all things dogs, camping in the great outdoors, and tackling a good puzzle or cooking up something delicious in the kitchen.
Now that I call Florida home, I’m making the most of the sunshine and everything the outdoors has to offer.
Whether you’re a prospective client or considering joining our team, I’d love to connect and share more about the work we’re doing here at Studio+.
