100 N. PARK
Leading the renovation and adaptive reuse of an existing three-story office building at 100 N. Park Street in downtown Traverse City. Located at the corner of Front and Park Streets with Boardman River frontage, the building is being converted into three private, three-story townhomes, each with a dedicated entrance and reserved parking in the existing south lot. The design includes 2,235 SF on the lower level, 2,362 SF on the parlor level, and 2,362 SF on the second level.
The design blends classic charm with refined modernity, featuring warm brick façades, historically inspired arched entries, and elegant black-framed windows that enhance the building’s traditional townhouse character. Thoughtful finish selections include stone steps, wrought-iron-style railings, and soft landscaping. The dormers and detailing at the roofline offer a nod to European influences, while the private resident parking and integrated site walls provide convenience and privacy. The result is a timeless, sophisticated aesthetic that complements the building’s downtown Traverse City location and waterfront views.
