FINGERS CROSSED

This project was originally known as “Garage Bar” in downtown Northport, MI. The owner purchased the restaurant at the end of 2021. After an extensive renovation, it has re-opened as “Fingers Crossed” an American bistro focused on “up North” style comfort food. They also serve a wide variety of craft cocktails their group is famous for, as well as the best whiskey selection in Northern Michigan.

The scope of this project consisted of the alteration of a restaurant in an existing restaurant space. The exterior scope consisted of demolition of the existing fence and the addition of a new fence, pergola, firepit, and new signage and lighting. The interior scope included the demolition and replacement of the existing bar and finishes in the dining area and toilet rooms only. New mechanical, plumbing and electrical components were also provided as part of the renovation.
