Gulf Coast Medical Center Lee Health Neurosurgeons Suite

This project entailed renovating the 3rd floor of the Gulf Coast Medical Center Medical Office Building for outpatient offices.

The first part of the project focused on renovating approximately 10,000 square feet of space on the third floor of the GCMC MOB to accommodate new offices and other functions.

The second part of the project entailed renovating approximately 2,000 square feet of space on the first floor of the hospital for new offices, a conference room, and other functions. This scope also excluded the need for structural engineering and was kept separate from the MOB scope to minimize AHCA inspections.
