Lee Health’s GME Clinic is a 9,250 SF tenant improvement build-out of an existing first-floor shell space in Cape Coral. Designed around a pod-based care model, the clinic enhances flexibility, collaboration, and a consistent patient experience through the integration of clinical, administrative, and support functions. Each pod includes exam rooms, medical assistant and resident workstations, and support spaces organized to optimize workflow and care delivery.

The clinic also incorporates conference rooms and collaborative learning environments that support medical education and teamwork. Public-facing areas, including waiting, check-in, and check-out spaces, create a welcoming patient experience while improving operational efficiency. As the space was vacant shell space, the project was designed and constructed in a single phase.
