Boca Grande Health Clinic

This project is a phased redevelopment of the existing Boca Grande Health Clinic (BGHC) campus. Phase One consists of the demolition of the existing Annex Building and construction of a new two-story replacement facility on the same site.

The new building houses primary and urgent care functions, including exam and procedure rooms, along with on-site lab and imaging. The program also incorporates conference, administrative, and support spaces. The facility is designed to integrate with the existing local buildings in scale, massing, and materials to establish a unified BGHC campus.

Phase Two is underway and extends the campus with an additional building, further consolidating clinic operations and completing the long-term development of the site.
