City of Hope
Design that focuses on space efficiency and collaboration across departments.
City of Hope’s Suite 300 & E210 project consists of interior demolition and renovation of existing professional office space across two floors and several departments. This includes remodeling the conference/multi-purpose rooms, private offices, open collaborative office spaces, restrooms, and break room which sits adjacent to a large atrium. While some original rooms and spaces were reused, most of the space was demolished, requiring new design and construction.
City of Hope sought a design that focused on space efficiency and collaboration across their departments. The centrally located break room and open coworking spaces allowed all departments to socialize while conducting business in a shared setting, reinforcing their office culture and values.
